About Lebanon Taxi
Lebanon Taxi flourished as tourism in Lebanon grew until the outbreak of the civil war in 1975. Before 1975, Lebanon was a tourist attraction for visitors all over the world where hotels and resorts were packed with tourists. During the war, Lebanon Taxi didn't fade away like many others but instead it adapted to the situation and provided transportation for foreigners. When east and west Beirut were only connected through crossings by foot, Lebanon Taxi provided its clients with their needs by establishing a motorcycle service which delivered medicine and food when needed. After 15 years of suffering, the civil war was over and it was time for peace and reconstruction. Lebanon Taxi again accepted the new challenge and reinforced its fleet with the best and most comfortable Mercedes cars and vans in addition to a large variety of cars reaching 45 cars till this day. Such a big fleet needs to be maintained and fixed, so Lebanon Taxi developed its own car shop that provides service and maintenance for its cars. Lebanon Taxi intends to continue the tradition of being the customer's first choice and introduced "Lebanon Rent a Car" in 1998.
